If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 30 days in which to inform us of the fault. Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. Once we have verified the fault, we'll issue a replacement or full refund to you via your original payment method and reimburse your reasonable return carriage costs. You will be responsible for the goods until they reach us. If you return goods to us which are faulty or you have received by mistake or any other reason which is to be our fault, we will refund payments made by you including the original postage.
Refunds will be completed within reasonable period of time but no more than 60 days of us receiving the goods back in the condition in which they were originally supplied by us.
You have 30 days to inform us that you are returning the item providing the part has not been fitted and still in its original packaging. We will check the returned goods and make sure they are in resaleable brand new condition. We will only refund original value of the goods less the postage for returned goods that are fully functional. If the packaging is damaged or parcel tape is used on the original box the part was in, we have the right to refuse the returned part. The common sense applies to returns as to anything so you should consider yourself as the next customer and must be satisfied with the appearance of the product as being brand new.
We cannot be held responsible for returned items that do not contain sufficient documentation for identification.

Used engines & gearboxes sold by Amberdeal Ltd t/a 'Autosave Vehicle Recyclers' are guaranteed functional. We make no promise, guarantee or warranty of fitness for a particular purpose. Engine & gearbox guarantee covers the head, block, crank & all other internal moving parts for a period of 60 days from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise. Engine does not include ancillaries unless stated otherwise. Warranty does not cover Carburation, Ignition or ancillary parts in any way. Our warranty is limited to replacement, repair or contribution towards repair at our option. Unit supplied correctly and returned with 30 days will be subject to 15% handling charge. Purchaser assumes all responsibility for any expense incurred in the installation or/and removal of non-functional units and any carriage charges. We assume no responsibility for the damaged caused the use of our united. Defects must be notified as soon as possible so that inspection back be made by one of our engineers, before any remedial work is carried out. All engines are sole 'exchange' and old core engines must be complete and with no holes in the block head, if not 'core refund' is solely at the discretion of Autosave Vehicle Recycles.

(On other items warranty will remain the same) Warranty terminates when: - The unit has been disassembled. The unit is damaged as a result of overheating or lack of lubrication. The unit is used for motor racing. Other units - all other parts are guaranteed for a period of seven days from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. 1st choice sales guaranteed for one month from date of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. Warranty is limited to replacement, repair or contribution towards repair at our option.
